Horowitz and Weinstein began 31 years ago when an Internal Revenue Service Agent in Chicago and an International CPA Firm accountant from New York, began practicing law together and focusing on income tax and estate tax issues both for individual consumers and businesses.

That heritage is still evident today. Many of our attorneys are also accountants and are well aware that tax issues affect every area of law.  We bring this awareness to all of our practice areas including real estate, corporations, partnerships, litigation, bankruptcy, international matters, probate, and estate planning.
